What to do when payment for full Membership fails?

We have received reports about errors during payment to become a full Member.

This is most likely a conflict in your webbrowser.

  • Please Sign Out of FloorWorld and close the webbrowser.
  • Open the browser and go to Floors website: https://floorjansen.com/floorworld
  • On the FloorWorld page press the red GET STARTED button to make the payment.

"you've already made a purchase". This means that the payment succeeded.

  • Please Sign Out of FloorWorld and close the webbrowser.
  • Open the browser and Log In to FloorWorld again.
  • You should now have access to the Members Only spaces.
